About Us

Our history:

Matt Wegner Coaching was founded in 2007 by Matt and Janelle Wegner to help give back to the world around them and teach the financial management and stewardship techniques that helped them become debt free and start building wealth. All of us at Matt Wegner Coaching are passionate about teaching and helping others help themselves. This passion has led us to grow rapidly and enabled us to reach out to more people in ways we never thought possible.

What we do:

We offer a full range of personal and group coaching and seminars for individuals and small business owners. Our coaching gives our clients a sense of control over their finances and businesses, often for the first time. Our goal is to instill hope and inspire accountability in all whose lives are touched by our products and services. Simply said, we teach how to live debt free and control your money so your money doesn’t control you.

What we don’t do:

We don’t believe in debt so we will never push you to take out a debt consolidation loan, use credit cards, get a home equity loan or purchase some $3500 Money Merge software that uses a home equity line of credit to pay your bills. All of these “solutions” are quick fixes that don’t do anything to address your behaviors with money. It doesn’t matter what you know about money or what you say about money. It’s all about what you actually DO with your money.
